Breathe
I really encourage everyone to meditate without assiociating it with any practice or doctrine but simply associating it with the love for yourself. It is as important as breathing, especially for busy people (or not). I say, if you have time to breathe then you have time to meditate. It clears out the cloud above or inside your head, it helps you to know what to do or maybe how to achieve things. Whenever i’m lost-literally or figuratively- i remember to focus on my breathing and I begin to appreciate things around. For whatever purpose it may serve, I believe it always works. Just try it.
