The Guild of Vampires!

The Vampire Community is one that’s very real but also very guarded for the reason that ignorance from others is also very real!

I managed to gain their trust and speak to a private group about their habits and practices. What I love is how tight they all are with eachother. They’re so open minded and welcoming once they know you aren’t there to mock or judge them.

The interview I secured with a Vampire was one that was so fascinating to listen to. I learnt how they sometimes drink orange juice when they crave the atste of blood- it’s meant  to stave off cravings…

They drink eachothers blood and have donors that they call ‘black swans’ who have all been checked for HIV and other diseases so they know their blood is clean.

There are so many Vampire communities around the globe that they have special meetings as Masquerade balls where they can all socialise together and meet up.

Speaking to this group taught me that there are so many people from all different walks of life and if you go in with an open mind there’s no end to what you can learn and experience!
