"and that's okay."
sometimes you’ll want to cry.
and that’s okay.
sometimes you’ll be confused by your own thoughts.
and that’s okay.
sometimes you’ll break. 
and that’s okay.
sometimes you’ll have emotional breakdowns.
and that’s okay.
but just know this:
everything is temporary,
it will all get better,
nothing lasts forever (even the bad things),
you aren’t the only one.
you are strong.
you can do this.
